Return Policy Haus of Blink XIX does not issue refunds. If item(s) you received or damaged you must contact our Custom Service team within 3 days after receiving items. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Grooming Products, Jewelry, Cosmetics or Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken and/or removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Items must have all tags attached. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Please keep all shipping information in case your package is lost in transit. 


We reserve the right to decline credit if items are returned to us outside of our Return Policy.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Currently we ONLY ship within the US. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Shipping takes 5-7 Business Days! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at any time, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number. Orders over $200 may require a signature at the time of delivery.
